Will Andrew Miller fall to the Cubs?

With an 8 figure asking price for a signing bonus, college LHP, Andrew Miller is no longer being seen as the top pick in the MLB Draft today, despite being the most talented player in the draft. The Royals are not going to take Miller, opting for Hochevar or Lincon instead. With Miller's asking price, if he falls to the Cubs you can bet they will gobble him up. The Cubs have only one pick in the first 4 rounds, and have the money and the desire to get an impact player in the draft.

Miller could move fast if drafted by the Cubs. Other possibilities are HS 3b Billy Rowell, HS SS Stephen King, or JC RHP Pedro Beato who is said to have one of the best arms in the draft.
