A Cast of Rookies

Baseball America addresses the Cubs' eight rookie pitchers that have taken the mound this season. In this edition of Ask BA, Rich Hill is given the nod, as expected, as the Cub most likely to succeed with Sean Marshall and Carlos Marmol closely behind. They also give a mention to Donald Veal, and a possible callup in 2007 if he succeeds in double A early next year.
